Spatial Scanner processes QR images on your Apple Vision Pro. Lance Ventures does not collect data from the app.

Who this policy covers
This policy describes how Spatial Scanner, provided by Lance Ventures, LLC, handles information when you use the visionOS app.
Data collection
The app does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, tracking, or a Lance Ventures server.
Images and QR content
Screenshots, selected photos, shared images, dropped files, and decoded QR results are processed on your device. Spatial Scanner does not upload these items to Lance Ventures or retain them after the app no longer needs them for the current scan.
Photos access
If you grant Photos access, Spatial Scanner uses that permission to read the screenshot or image you choose to scan. The app does not modify your photo library or upload library content.
Direct web image links
When you share or drop a direct web image link, your device requests that URL so Spatial Scanner can scan the downloaded image locally. The website hosting the image may receive standard network information, including your IP address and request details, under that website's own privacy practices.
Data sharing and retention
Lance Ventures does not receive, sell, rent, or share information from Spatial Scanner. Because the app does not collect data, Lance Ventures has no app data to retain or delete.
Changes to this policy
Lance Ventures may update this policy when Spatial Scanner's data practices or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
